Friday. 2nd January 2009. Current Mood: Back To School.
I am still very grateful and thankful for this present my cousin gave me(: I totally love this pair of school shoes. It was really worth the hours of walk around Mong Kok in search for it, the perfect pair.
Because it was not like those ordinary Converse shoes you see typical students wearing to school, but it was something with a different pattern altogether. Firstly, it had black-and-white strips printed on the inside of the shoe. Secondly, it holds a button-like hole at the back of each one, which happens to be a very uncommon sight. And lastly, it was completely white on the outside, including the shoelace holes and all. Which means I can have a very unique pair of Converse school shoes and yet escape having to be caught by the teacher after all(:
I love Aunty Sau King to bits too. The school bag is really lovely and as I just saw in Junction 8, one of the latest collection for summer'09. The pink totally stood out as it was planned to be.
Don't ask me why I kept changing my blog URL, because I have totally no idea why I keep changing it as well. I just changed it because I fely like changing it. But the good news is, I have adjusted it to a much reader-friendly version, since almost non of my readers are using wide-screen one. Let along a 1280by800 pixles computer/laptop screen.
Finally bought my Twilight paperback book at Popular bookstore on my way home from school. But I don't know why I liked reading the online version more than the actual one printed on paper-.-
My calendar seems empty as I have yet to fill in much of the details yet, but I will do so as soon as I find the will to. Because I hated looking at blank calendars, why need them when the are blank?!
So school offically reopens today. 305'09 turned out to be much nicer and friendly than I thought. The teachers were all quite okay as far as I know.
Calendar cum notepad, but I still like my Forever Friends calendar more than this one. But I must say I loved the photographs of the cute puppies in it(:
Time seems to really pass in the blink of an eye, so 2008 is over. Picking ourselves up from all the up and downs in 2008, we move forward to a better tomorrow in 2009.
I was looking through my 2008 calendar just now and happend to notice that I was the most busy in December, as compared to other moths in 2008. It was also my happiest month, I truely enjoyed myself every moment at home then.
I am still not sure if I should upload the thousand over photographs taken during December into my blog. Or maybe I should upload it to my Facebook account. After all, most of my family and friends are using Facebook nowadays. And I noticed that the trend of school bags had moved from Hong Kong to Singapore now, but I don't think there are any Outdoors bags here yet.
It seems like a good start so far. But I just wondered what would my life be if I were to quite school now and go back to study in Hong Kong or maybe London? I am sure my life would be much more interesting for starters. I mean in HK, there are really many things, from fashion to places to hang out at. London, I have (Aunty Jo)family there for me at least.
