I was rather bored, so here to do a post. This post might be pretty random after all. This is my new handbag and I love it to bits(: It super cute and lovely.
Talking about which, Boys Over Flowers is really very popular, not only in Korea or Singapore. But rather the entire Asia, it has even brought along a Korean wave. On Tuesday, after my appointment at KK Hospital, I went to shop around at Novena too. Happened to stop by and lingered around Square 2. And to my shock, the entire level 3 at Square 2 is filled with Korean shops. From clothes to food, even the glass panels has printed Korean words(as shown in photograph above). This Korean wave is really so shocking, and coming to think of it, I do see many more Korean shops around nowadays, be it fashion or accessories.
Today, I received a promotion booklet from Square 2.
And it suddenly reminded me to blog about something I cannot resist not blogging. It quite funny and crazy to a sense.
This is it, Girls Over Flowers!!! It's a completely new apparel shop featuring cloths and stuffs from Korea. I thought people featuring BOF in their blogs, using Korean on their MSN, forming Kim Bum and Kim Hyun Joong fan clubs within their cliques, talking about which of the F4 has the best look and stuffs was the limit to all this BOF craze. But no, even fashion shops deprive their names from this record breaking Korean drama series. From Boys Over Flowers to Girls Over Flowers, how funny. However, I was not attracted by the name at all. In fact, I did not even step into the shop to take a look at what they are selling. I think it's not really nice to use other peoples' name and such. Furthermore, I would rather go back HK to spree on Korean items. It's much cheaper there and of greater variety too. Though of course you must know where is the correct place to shop at, which only locals will know.
