This is such an overdued post. I know I have not been updating lately, but apologies as I am too busy. Even if I had the time, I would be doing other things on the Internet, rather than Blogging. But nevermind, I decided to do a post today. It will explain why I have not been updating the past few days. This is a last minute post, so it might be a bit rush due to the race against time.
Well, recently, due to me feeding on Newspapers, television programmes from HK, I decided to check out the different schools in HK. Be it secondary or primary, private or government, English-base or Chinese-based. I realised I love the campus and uniforms of schools from HK, especially those secondary school with British-like uniforms. It sure is gorgeous, most even looked like the uniforms from Boys Over Flowers(: Winter uniforms are the most graceful one, I wish Singapore have Winter uniforms too:/ But sadly, with HK becoming part of China, the primary school uniforms are so China-influenced. So, I hope those secondary schools can retain their beautiful uniforms too, unlike the primary school.
I also looked up on the top secondary schools there, it's where the cream of the crop are. One caught my attention, La Salle College. La Salle College (LSC; Chinese: 喇沙書院, Mandarin pinyin: Lǎshā Shūyuàn, Cantonese jyutping: laa3 sa1 syu1 jyun2 ) is a boys' secondary school in Hong Kong. It was established by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, a Roman Catholic religious-teaching order founded by St. John Baptist De La Salle.
La Salle College is one of the limited number of schools in Hong Kong that teach in English.[5] The school curriculum uses English as medium of instruction in all subjects with the exception of Chinese-related subjects and French. So actually it's kind of alike Raffles here, but French is a compulsory subject at La Salle though. And I must say I really love the name La Salle a lot, seriously more than you can imagine. But it's hopless, because it's a all boys school. Don't worry, I would go the extra mile to change my sex to enroll into La Salle after all.
Talking about La Salle, it reminds me of La Salle College of the Arts in Singapore. Though I don't think these two schools are related in any possible way, other than sharing a common name. I must admit La Salle School of the Arts is a very nicely designed school too.
Yes, I am once again missing Hong Kong. I want to go home, really. If possible, I want to re-start my life all over again. I am missing everything there, especially the shoppings. I really want to go shopping at H&M badly, and it's summer now.
Double-S 501, anyone know where in Singapore sell their albums? I am considering to ask my relative to buy from HK or purchasing online, for Singapore does not seem to sell their albums at all. I still love them as much as I do before(:
Well, I bought something the other day which adds to my BOF collection(: I am so happy now.
Checked out the new search engine Bing yet? I love their concept of constantly changing the background. Those photographs of theirs are a state of art.
I created a twitter account, but sadly, nobody else seems to have a twitter account. Add me if you do have one. At first, I thought twitter was some new plants with twits-.-
I don't really know when I would next update, due to my packed schedule and endless plans, but do check me out every now and then with tags alright(: I promise to update on SS501 in my next post, almost everything is ready by now.
